Some of my records are warped or bent slightly out of shape and when they spin the needle jumps over them and they SKIP and it drives me fucking crazy!!! How do I fix it!?

At the opposite end of the needle arm from the actual stylus there should be a weight setting for the arm. Try increasing the weight just a little bit.
